Shipping Policy

- What is the estimated delivery time? Delivery times vary based on your location and the product's availability. Typically, orders are processed within 1-2 business days, with shipping times ranging from 3-7 business days.

• How much does shipping cost? We have a flat rate shipping price of $9.90. Orders above $200 ship for free. You can select expedited shipping should you need your order sooner for an additional cost.

Return Shipping

To process a return:

2) Prepare Your Return: Package the item(s) in their original packaging with all tags attached.

3) Ship the Return: Use the provided return label to send the merchandise back to us.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

• Merchandise must be unused and unwashed.
  - Items must have the original tags and packaging intact.
  - Items must be returned in the same condition as received.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

• Personalized items.
  - Items purchased as final sale.
  - Items used and/or damaged through normal wear and tear.

Shipping Charges

- Original shipping charges are non-refundable. We will provide you with a free shipping label for returns, and you will not be charged return shipping unless merchandise is returned to us as used.
